Choosing the right Platform to work on
Because it is an online shopping platform, many various people will use it, so the complexity was quite difficult, and the app must be customizable based on the requirements of the client.
Maintaining a strict timeline without hampering current client operations
One of the most difficult challenges that any organization faces is agreeing to a contractual arrangement to provide a particular service to a client in a specified amount of time. We approached this challenge in the following ways: we began with enough leeway, set an adequate working capital, assigned tasks to members, established benchmarks and deadlines for various tasks to review, and also adjusted the project to changing circumstances.
Staying Updated with the Changing Market Requirements
The client's budget constraint had to be met at any cost, and we had to discover the best and most cost-effective way to do so. Any incorrect or unreasonable app ideas were eliminated, the appropriate tools were used, and the application was completed within the time limit stated. This is how the financial constraint was surmounted.
