Client frequently provided documents in Arabic, this process sometimes led to miscommunication and information loss.

The process followed was AGILE
Agile software development refers to software development methodologies centered around the idea of iterative development. The ultimate values in Agile development is that it enables teams to deliver values faster, provides greater quality and predictability and has greater aptitude to respond to change. Scrum and Kanban are the Agile methodologies used.
