The Application Nural Sales is a SAAS solution that helps in building efficient and innovative sales strategies that boost lead generation, conversion rates and ROI. The application can be used in many different ways and has immense benefits that help improve overall productivity. It uses real-time data, key metrics, and integrated dynamic updates on primary, secondary and tertiary sales networks. The Nural sales tech has both a web application dashboard and also an app both on Play-store and Appstore. It has a minimal and simple UI design ensuring that all data can be seen with ease, it replaces convoluted sales reports with intuitive infographics, so the dashboard remains clutter-free and purely informative. This ensures that users always have a clear idea of how their sales strategy is doing.

Our approach to the problem
Managing the Complexity of the App
Nural Sales is a multi-tenant app so a lot of different companies will be using it for their own context, so the complexity was quite hard and the app has to have the ability to be customizable depending upon the needs of the client.
Offline Mode of operation
The app also has an offline mode of working which allows the customers to use the mobile app when they do not have access to the internet and for this it had to be configured at the system level for them to use it. The offline mode is available for both Android and iOS.
Ability to process bulk uploads of data using SFTP service.
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) service was used that works over Secure Shell (SSH) data stream that has a secure connection and has a high level of transfer protection for the bulk data that comes in.

The process followed was AGILE. Agile software development refers to software development methodologies centered around the idea of iterative development.
