We think one of the most important skills in this world are Financial Education and Business Coaching. We at Mentostar recognized this need and built a life enhancement e-learning platform with curated courses accessible to millions of mentees.

Managing the Complexity of the Website
Because Mentostar is an Financial Educational platform, many different people will use it, so the complexity was quite difficult, and the website must be customizable based on the needs of the client.
Maintaining a strict timeline without hampering current client operations
Accepting a contractual commitment to give a client a certain service in a certain period of time is one of the most challenging tasks any organization must undertake. The following strategies were used to tackle this challenge: we started with enough leeway, set an adequate working capital, assigned tasks to members, created benchmarks and deadlines for various tasks to review, and also adjusted the project to changing circumstances.
Maintaining the Budget Limits
The client's budgetary restrictions had to be met at all costs, so we had to determine the best and most economical method to accomplish this. The application was finished within the allotted time period, with the use of the proper tools and the elimination of any incorrect or unreasonable app ideas. The budgetary restriction was overcame in this way.

Our Process
The procedure that was used was AGILE. Software development methods based on the concept of iterative development are referred to as agile software development.
