The Morning Context is an app of a research and media company that publish ambitious, timely, deeply researched and well researched stories for its users, both free and paid subscribers mainly publishing articles on genres of Internet, Business and Chaos.
What is the product about?
The Morning Context is an app as well as a web application, publishing news letters on a regular basis mostly for its paid users. The app publishes highly researched and in detail articles on topics that are not easily available on the internet. The application has a credit system where in the users can use it to unlock the specific articles of their choice.
How can it be used?
The application can be used in a very simple way by just downloading it from the play store or Appstore and then signing up to receive free credits that can be used to read a limited number of articles and the users willing to become premium members can choose a plan that ranges from individual subscription, to corporate subscription or a student subscription depending on the needs. The users are regularly notified whenever a new article is published and they can even choose their favorite sections to get notified from.

Slowform Media Private Limited started in 2019 is listed as a private limited company located in Maharashtra. It primarily operates in the sector of publishing journals, periodicals and magazines.

Just like any other project the requirements for this project were also no doubt very demanding. The primary challenges were -
Our approach to the problem
Maintaining a strict timeline without hampering current client operations
Agreeing to a contractual arrangement to provide a certain service to a client in a stipulated amount of time is one of the biggest challenges that every organization has to face. This challenge was faced by using the following ways by us, we started with enough leeway, set an ample working capital, assigned tasks to members, set up benchmarks and deadlines for different tasks to review them, and also adjust the project according to the changing situations.
Staying Updated with the Changing Market Requirements
Changes in the market are rapid and inevitable, to sustain in it one has to stay updated with the new technologies and requirements that users are looking for and adapt their applications in that way.
Maintaining the Budget Limits
The budget limitation set by the client had to be met at any cost and for that we had to find the best and economical way possible to do it. Any kind of inaccurate and unreasonable ideas for the app were eliminated, the exact right tools were utilised and the application was completed in the stipulated time. This is how the budget limit was met.
