YoPaan is an application designed that enables its users ease and convenience for various activities such as ordering the ingredients for paan and for selling them easily and to a larger market.
An application made for the convenience of paan sellers so that they can order their products online that are required for making paan and other paan related products. It basically connects the warehouses to paan sellers for various products.
The application can be used in many different ways and has immense benefits for its users. There are 3 major logins one for the delivery executive who delivers the products to paan sellers, the one who wants to buy products and the third is the major dashboard from where the products can be ordered. The application can be downloaded from Appstore and Playstore, having a simple UI that enables its users to order without any hassle.

At first a proper scope management process was planned, the requirements from the client were collected and a work breakdown structure was created
Agreeing to a contractual arrangement to provide a certain service to a client in a stipulated amount of time is one of the biggest challenges that every organization has to face. This challenge was faced by using the following ways by us, we started with enough leeway, set an ample working capital, assigned tasks to members, set up benchmarks and deadlines for different tasks to review them, and also adjust the project according to the changing situations.
The budget limitation set by the client had to be met at any cost and for that we had to find the best and economical way possible to do it. Any kind of inaccurate and unreasonable ideas for the app were eliminated, the exact right tools were utilised and the application was completed in the stipulated time. This is how the budget limit was met.
