Gut-Buddy is a clinician-designed digital health platform focused on managing IBS and chronic gut conditions through a combination of medical care, behavioural therapy, diet management, and lifestyle interventions. Operating in a fast-growing digital health segment, the platform set out to solve a critical gap — the lack of continuous, personalised, accessible gut-health care. We built a scalable, AI-driven care ecosystem enabling personalised treatment journeys while reducing dependency on manual intervention.

An AI-driven lifestyle engine recommends yoga routines based on symptom severity and stress levels — sessions dynamically adjust intensity and focus, targeting digestion, gut mobility, and relaxation.
