Just like any other project the requirements for this project were also no doubt very demanding. The primary challenges were -

Frequent changes in designs

Adapting to evolving design requirements while maintaining project timelines and deployment schedules poses a significant challenge.

Tackling with different time zones

Navigating different time zones and scheduling meetings to accommodate client availability.

Overcoming language barriers

Client frequently provided documents in Arabic, this process sometimes led to miscommunication and information loss.

The process followed was AGILE

Agile software development refers to software development methodologies centered around the idea of iterative development. The ultimate values in Agile development is that it enables teams to deliver values faster, provides greater quality and predictability and has greater aptitude to respond to change. Scrum and Kanban are the Agile methodologies used.
