The company can post a job description and can assign a recruiter agency to find the candidate for the specific job. Candidates can only fill out their forms and watch details about the job and company.

Choosing the right Platform to work on

Because it is an online shopping platform, many different people will use it, so the complexity was quite challenging, and the app must be customizable based on the client's requirements.

Maintaining a strict timeline without hampering current client operations

One of the most difficult challenges that any organization encounters is agreeing to a contractual arrangement to provide a specific service to a client in a specified quantity of time. We handled this challenge in the following ways: we started with enough leeway, set an adequate working capital, gave tasks to members, established benchmarks and deadlines for various tasks to review, and also adjusted the project to changing circumstances.

The client's budget constraint had to be met at any cost, and we had to figure out the best and most cost-effective method to do so. Any incorrect or unreasonable app ideas were eliminated, the appropriate tools were used, and the application was finished within the time frame specified.
